For $300, we build your Strategic Delegation Plan. It's exactly what to delegate and the talent mix to do it. Not quite right? We'll revise it, and it's yours to keep either way.
We hand-pick 1-3 candidates from our vetted network and introduce you. You talk to them before you commit. If it's not a fit, we go again. You don't pay until you've said yes to a person, not a profile.
We handle contracts, payments, ongoing check-ins, so your new team member(s) are ready to be productive from day one.

Starting rates are EAs from $35/hr, Specialists from $50/hr, and Executives from $95/hr, with a $1,000 monthly minimum. Billing is flat and monthly, unused hours roll over so nothing you pay for goes to waste, and your weekly report keeps usage visible the whole way through.
