We hand-pick 1-3 candidates from our vetted network and introduce you. You talk to them before you commit. If it's not a fit, we go again. You don't pay until you've said yes to a person, not a profile.

What does "fractional" actually mean?

Yes. Many clients start with an EA who pulls in a Specialist or Executive from the same network when a project calls for it. One relationship, with the whole bench behind it.

Where is your talent based?

Every single person in the Nacho network lives and works in the U.S. No offshore teams, no exceptions.

Do I manage them day-to-day?

They work with you like a team member, but we manage the relationship, not just match it. You get a dedicated point of contact on our side, plus a weekly report summarizing the work completed and how much of your Talent Budget was used versus what's left. No surprises.

How fast can I get started?

Most clients meet their first match within a week of the intro call, and many start the same week.

What does it cost, and how does billing work?

You set one flexible monthly Talent Budget and spend it across Executives, Specialists, and EAs. Starting rates are EAs from $35/hr, Specialists from $50/hr, and Executives from $95/hr, with a $1,000 monthly minimum. Billing is flat and monthly, unused hours roll over so nothing you pay for goes to waste, and your weekly report keeps usage visible the whole way through. Is there a long-term contract?

There's a short initial term so your match has time to get real traction, and after that it's simple month-to-month. Scale up, scale down, pause, or add talent as your needs change.
