How Nacho works
The right support starts with the right process.
Our approach is intentional. We learn about your business, create a Delegation Strategy Plan, and match you with vetted, US-based fractional talent so you get the support you truly need.
The process
The right support starts with the right process.
-
Begin with a 30-minute discovery call.
We clarify your goals, your bottlenecks, and whether fractional support is the right solution. It's a conversation designed to bring clarity, not pressure.
-
Get your Delegation Strategy Plan.
When you're ready to move forward, you'll purchase a $300 onboarding session. Our Client Success Manager will dig deeper into your goals and workflows, then create a personalized Delegation Strategy Plan outlining what to delegate and the mix of fractional talent you need.
Already know what kind of support you're looking for?
Great! Your Delegation Strategy Plan will simply confirm it and ensure you get matched with the right person. -
Be matched with the right fractional talent.

Frequently asked questions
Curious about the process?
What if I already know I just want an Executive Assistant (or a specific type of talent)?
You can come in with a specific role in mind, and many clients do. Your Delegation Strategy Plan simply confirms that role is the best fit and ensures we match you with the right person the first time.
What does a $1,000 monthly Talent Budget typically include?
A $1,000 Talent Budget covers roughly 25 hours of Executive Assistant support, 15 hours of Specialist work, or 8 hours of Executive-level strategy, or a combination of all three. The exact mix depends on the support you need, and your Delegation Strategy Plan outlines the blend that makes the most sense for your goals.
Where is your fractional talent located?
Every Executive, Specialist, and Executive Assistant in the Nacho network lives and works in the United States. There are no offshore delivery teams and no subcontracting abroad, so your match works your business hours and can speak to your clients directly. Read the full case for US-based talent.
How will I know how my Talent Budget is being used?
You'll receive a weekly report summarizing the work completed, how much of your Talent Budget has been used, and how much remains. This keeps you informed and ensures there are never any surprises.
What types of work can your fractional talent help with?
Our network covers three levels: Fractional Executives such as a Fractional CMO, COO, or CFO, Specialists (marketing, sales, operations, automation, creative, etc.), and Executive Assistants. That means we can support everything from high-level strategy to targeted expertise to day-to-day execution.
Executives may also identify additional needs or recommend systems and workflows, and our EAs are trained to recognize when a task should be handed off to a Specialist, ensuring you always get the right level of support.
Can I work with more than one person from your talent network?
Yes. Many clients benefit from a mix of an Executive for strategy, Specialists for targeted work, and an EA for day-to-day operations. Your monthly Talent Budget can be used across all levels.
What happens after the initial three-month commitment?
Your agreement rolls into a simple month-to-month plan. You can scale your Talent Budget up or down as your needs evolve, with a quick notice period.
How quickly can I get matched?
Most clients are matched shortly after their Delegation Strategy Plan is completed and approved. Timelines vary with your needs and talent availability. The process is deliberately thoughtful rather than rushed, because the goal is the right fit rather than the fastest possible introduction.
Does my monthly Talent Budget roll over?
Partly. Up to $200 of unused budget rolls over each month, and only the portion above the $1,000 minimum is eligible, so a $1,000 plan rolls nothing. Rollover also doesn't stack: $200 is the most that can ever carry into a month. We encourage clients to use their full budget each month.
How does billing work?
You pay $300 for onboarding and your Delegation Strategy Plan. After that, your monthly Talent Budget (minimum $1,000) is billed at the start of each month and used across Executive, Specialist, and EA work. You can adjust your budget as needed.
What if I need more help in one month than another?
You can increase your Talent Budget at any time, as long as talent is available. Overages up to $100 are automatically added to your next month's bill, with no approval needed. Beyond that, you can raise your budget or buy additional budget in $100 increments.
Can I purchase Flat-Rate Projects?
Yes. Existing clients can use their Talent Budget for FRPs or purchase additional projects as needed.
Can I request a specific person I've seen on your website or in your network?
You're welcome to mention preferences, and we'll do our best to accommodate. Our matching process ensures your final team is aligned with your goals and communication style.
