From that audit, we create a Strategic Delegation Plan that prioritizes tasks by impact and maps them to your monthly hour budget. Your specialist works directly inside your Jasper account and documents every template, workflow, and integration they build so nothing lives only in their head. You review and approve content before it moves downstream, and your Client Success Manager is available to adjust priorities as your content needs change.
