Your specialist then works directly in your WordPress admin, documents every change in a shared log, and flags anything that needs your approval before going live. You retain full ownership and admin access to your site at all times. Nothing is done in a black box, and you are never locked into a workflow you did not sign off on.

You create a separate WordPress user account for your specialist with the role level appropriate for the work, Editor access for content tasks, Administrator access only if plugin or settings management is in scope. You keep your own admin credentials and can revoke access at any time. We never ask for your personal login credentials.
Yes, and ongoing maintenance is one of the most common ways clients use this service. That includes weekly plugin updates, monthly content publishing, regular broken-link checks, and periodic performance reviews. Because unused hours roll over each month, you can bank time during slow periods and draw on it when your site needs more attention.
If you are already on WordPress and your site is functioning, switching platforms is rarely worth the disruption unless you have a specific technical limitation WordPress cannot solve. If you are evaluating platforms for a new build, WordPress is a strong choice for content-heavy sites, blogs, and WooCommerce stores, but Webflow or Squarespace may be faster to maintain for smaller brochure sites. We can help you think through the tradeoff during your discovery call, and we support Webflow and other tools as well.
WordPress work falls under our Specialist tier at $50 per hour. Monthly Talent Budgets start at $1,000 per month, and there is a one-time $300 onboarding fee that covers your Strategic Delegation Plan. If your needs are lighter, we can discuss whether the Executive Assistant tier at $35 per hour covers what you need, though more technical WordPress tasks require a Specialist.
Our specialists work comfortably inside customized WordPress environments, including custom post types, ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) setups, and theme-specific page builder configurations. If your site requires PHP development or custom plugin builds, that falls outside the scope of fractional specialist work, and we will be direct about that during onboarding rather than take on work that is not the right fit.
