We build Attio Automations that trigger on record changes, stage transitions, or date conditions, so manual data entry and follow-up reminders are handled by the system instead of by your team. Common outputs include task creation assigned to specific team members, Slack notifications when a deal moves stages, and field updates that log activity timestamps automatically. We test each automation before it goes live and document the trigger logic for your records.
We audit your existing People, Companies, and Deal records for duplicates, missing fields, inconsistent formatting, and outdated entries. Using Attio's filtering and bulk editing tools alongside external enrichment sources where needed, we bring your records up to a standard your team can rely on. You get a documented summary of what was changed and why.
We set up and maintain connections between Attio and the other tools in your workflow, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, and third-party apps via Zapier or Make. This includes mapping which data flows in which direction, handling field mismatches between platforms, and testing sync behavior so records stay accurate across systems. We document each integration so you understand exactly what is connected and how.
If you inherited an Attio account or let setup drift over time, we conduct a structured audit covering workspace organization, Attribute usage, automation logic, pipeline accuracy, and integration health. You receive a written report that ranks issues by impact and includes specific recommendations for each one. We can execute the fixes ourselves or hand the report to your team, depending on your preference.
The handoff
When you start with Nacho, your dedicated Client Success Manager reviews your existing Attio setup (or your goals if you are starting fresh) and works with you to build a Strategic Delegation Plan that prioritizes the highest-impact work first. From there, your assigned fractional specialist gets access to your Attio workspace and begins executing against that plan, whether that means building out your pipeline from scratch, cleaning up records, or configuring automations. Every workflow we build is documented in a format your team can reference, and nothing goes live without your approval. As your needs change, your monthly hours flex to cover new requests, and unused hours roll over so nothing is wasted.

A few of the most common workflows our team has deployed with Attio.
When a lead submits a form via Typeform or a similar tool, a Zapier automation creates or updates a People record in Attio, populates the source field, and triggers an Attio Automation that assigns a follow-up task to the correct rep based on territory or round-robin logic. The rep gets a Slack notification with a direct link to the record.
When a Deal record moves to a defined stage in your Attio pipeline, an automation updates the stage timestamp, creates a follow-up task due in a set number of days, and posts a summary to a designated Slack channel. This replaces manual tracking of which deals are waiting on contracts and who is responsible for next steps.
Using Attio's native Gmail integration, email threads are automatically logged against the relevant People and Company records, keeping communication history visible inside the CRM without manual entry. We configure which email domains or labels trigger logging and set up an Attribute that flags records with no recent activity, so your team can prioritize outreach before relationships go cold.
When a new Company record is created in Attio, a Zapier workflow checks an enrichment source such as Clearbit or Apollo for missing firmographic data and writes it back to the record. If the company meets a defined criteria (industry, employee count, or revenue range), a Slack message is sent to the relevant team member flagging it as a priority account.
We configure a recurring export or Zapier sync that pulls key Deal Attributes from Attio into a structured Google Sheet, including stage, value, owner, and last activity date. The sheet feeds a reporting dashboard your leadership team can review without needing Attio access, and we update the field mapping whenever your pipeline structure changes.
