Nacho is a fractional talent network that connects business owners and leaders with vetted, US-based professionals. The company was founded in 2015 in Austin, Texas by Amber L. Gray and acquired in March 2025 by Zack Pennington (CEO) and Jacy Cruz (COO).

Rather than hiring full-time employees, clients get a flexible team built around a single monthly Talent Budget. This budget can be used across three levels of talent: Fractional Executives for strategic leadership, Specialists for targeted expertise, and Executive Assistants for day-to-day operations. The minimum monthly budget is $1,000 with a 3-month initial commitment, after which engagements are month-to-month.

## How It Works

1. **Discovery Call**: A free, obligation-free 30-minute call to discuss your business, challenges, and where you need support.
2. **Delegation Strategy Plan**: After a $300 onboarding session, a Client Success Manager creates a personalized plan outlining what to delegate and the ideal mix of fractional talent.
3. **Talent Matching**: You are paired with the right combination of vetted, US-based Executives, Specialists, and EAs based on your plan.
4. **Begin Working**: Your fractional team starts with the priorities in your plan, building clarity and momentum with ongoing Client Success Manager support.
5. **Adapt and Scale**: As your business evolves, scale your budget up or down, shift focus, or bring in different specialists. Up to $200 of unused budget rolls over monthly.

### Executive Assistants (Starting at $40/hour)
Trusted generalists who keep your business running. They handle:
- Administrative and operational support
- Inbox and calendar management

- Personal assistance (family calendar, reservations, gift buying)

### Specialists (Starting at $65/hour)
Experienced individual contributors providing targeted expertise:

- Sales and CRM support (pipeline management, lead tracking)
- Automation and workflow design (CRM setup, system integrations)
- Graphic design and creative work
- Reporting and analytics
- Website and tech support
- Research and competitive analysis

### Fractional Executives (Starting at $125/hour)
Strategic leadership without the full-time commitment:
- Strategic planning and business prioritization
- Operations and systems design
- Marketing and growth strategy (CMO-level)
- Process improvement
- Leadership guidance
- Fractional COO, CMO, and sales leader roles

## Pricing Model

- $300 one-time Delegation Strategy Plan and onboarding fee
- $1,000 minimum monthly Talent Budget
- 3-month initial commitment
- Month-to-month after initial period
- Budget scales up or down as needed
- Up to $200 of unused budget above the $1,000 minimum rolls over monthly; it does not accumulate
- Overages up to $100 are automatically added to the next month's bill, no approval needed
